Refund policy

At Click to buy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or partially used products.
  • Products damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or defective).

3. Damaged, Wrong or Defective Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong product

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package
  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Online payment orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer after collecting the required bank account details.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong Product
  • Damaged Product
  • Manufacturing Defect

Home To Cart will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently offer replacement only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

We do not provide product exchanges for change of mind.
