1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping promotions may be available on selected products or during promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details (where available).

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept the order

the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and selected serviceable pin codes.

Click To Buy reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or orders at its sole discretion.


8. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Courier partner delays
  • High order volumes

Click To Buy is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Click To Buy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


10. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Take clear photos of the package before opening.
  • Record an unboxing video if possible.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

11. Lost Shipments

If your order is confirmed as lost during transit by the courier partner, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the shipment.
